Deliciously Sharp

Whenever I'm ordering at Be Chocolat, the chocolate covered ginger is the one that I always go for, so being able to get them in their own box is a special treat. The stem ginger is deliciously sharp, but is beautifully contrasted with the chocolate. I've bought them for myself, but also my Mum who really enjoyed them too. Definitely buying them again in my next visit.
